Pictures of St Cuthbert (Out) Parish
St Cuthbert (Out) Parish Council has an incredible diversity of landscape and heart-stopping scenery. From idyllic villages, the parish stretches from the eastern end of the Somerset levels, through coombes, woodland, meadow, pasture and the ancient landscape at the height of the Mendip Hills.
From certain vantages points, the Quantocks, the Bristol Channel, King Alfred's Tower in Wiltshire and of course the iconic Glastonbury Tor can be seen and the Pen Hill Transmitting mast is a landmark for miles around.
More information about the parish and the area around the Mendip Hills can be found on the local history page of this website. Most of the pictures on this website have been provided by councillors.
